Would you use your fingers to finish off if it came down to it?
Weird post to see when you have no context.

Still a weird post even when you know the context.

Thought I was going to have to miss the Hawks next week as I have a good mates 21st and he doesn't have Foxtel but to my surprise they have chosen the Hawks-GC game over Geelong-WCE as the FTA game. Gunna be glued to the TV all night

Having a stranger apply basic first aid to myself.

A couple of months ago, I was walking to my local station to go to an op shop I volunteer at.
I tripped on something, fell over, grazed my knees, scraped my right elbow and rolled my ankle.

This person came outside, saw me and asked if I was alright.

I then told her what happened.

She would then go back inside, get some sort of cream and bandaids for the knees (one knee didn't want a bar of one lot but the other did) and apply it.

While this was happening, I messaged my mother telling her what happened and then after that, she called me and unbeknownst to me, there was a call she had to tend to and she told me she would call me after tending to another call.

I then elaborated from the previous call and once that was done, I then called the op shop and told them I wouldn't be able to come to the shop (I subsequently ruled myself out for the next 2 weeks) and they were fine with that.

The stranger who helped apply the basic first aid then asked me where I live and I told her promptly.

She would then offer me a lift which I accepted.

Last month, to show the appreciation, my mother and myself, who were on our way to my cousin's place for her birthday, (my mother's niece) went to Coles to buy some flowers for her.

I showed my mother the way to get there and we got there without a hitch.

Faith in mankind was gained a bit on that day (February 26 2014.)
