Live cam from the famous Abbey Road crossing.

Was watching for 5 minutes and saw 2 separate groups of people recreating the Beatles crossing the road

EDIT: just saw another group trying it and another group look like they're getting ready for it.

I imagine this pisses off the locals greatly.

Would hate to have to drive through there regularly.

There's an Abbey Road tube station near West Ham now and a lot of dumbarse tourists have been going there rather than the Abbey Road in St John's Wood where the Beatles crosswalk is.

Due to all the confusion they had to put this sign up at the tube station which is quite clever.

"Into your arms" is the one of the most pure bits of pop song writing ever.

Great song and one of the simplest songs to play on acoustic guitar as it only has about 3 chords.



When I was doing a van tour through Spain we stayed in a Spanish town and went to a little local bar where some old Spanish blokes were playing some flamenco style songs on their acoustic guitars which was awesome to listen to. After a few too many drinks I stupidly mentioned to them that I could play acoustic guitar and one of these guys handed me his guitar and told me to play a song so I played "Into Your Arms" as it was the simplest song I knew and one that I couldn't stuff up even in my drunken state. To my surprise it went down a treat with these old Spanish guys and they started singing along in Spanish, it must sound similar to an old Spanish song as I doubt these guys were Lemonheads fans.
