I went out with a few Irish guys from my rugby team one night, they had chicks hanging off them due to their accents so I thought if you can't beat 'em join 'em and put on an Irish accent, which is one of the few accents I can do well. There was a group of chicks we were chatting to for most of the night who were keen as mustard but at the end of the night I decided to fess up and told them I wasn't really Irish and was just putting on an Irish accent. I thought they might have seen the funny side but they cracked the shits and left, I think they thought the Irish guys were putting on their Irish accents too lol. Still a good night though even if we didn't score.
