While we are off topic anyway, can I just ask if Im weird for not really wanting to date a girl who's too passionate about footy?
Now let me premise this by saying I live, breathe and play footy.. its literally my life. (ie: I put aside much needed exam study time on sunday to watch that horrible Ess v Melb game then got too depressed to study afterwards despite my hardest exam the next day at 8am. Also Im obsessed with DreamTeam *cough* top 50 ranked overall *cough* (#humblebrag)

But I've dated both a passionate (freo) fan and also a few who cant even name a team to save their life, found both to be slightly off-putting (wasnt the deal breaker mind you). Obviously the girl who dont like AFL cant understand why I go into footy hibernation from fri night till sunday night, but for some reason the fanatic freo fan girl wasnt for me too, dont know why, I dont mind the Dockers too.
I dunno, couldnt put my finger on it so now I think I just have to find a girl who doesnt mind a bit of footy and can tolerate my obsession.. although I've never dated a fanatic Bombers supporting girl, maybe it might be different then.
