Probably.

I was strengthening the right leg due to a strength imbalance, but I'm fair sure I've got arthritis in my left leg so then I gave up on that because now I can't be bothered getting into VAFA.

I picked up a wrist injury as well that wouldn't go away. Feels okay though now so I might go back to weight training soon, I just want to drop a few more kgs before I eat myself silly overseas.
 
I have gained 4 :(

I'm hoping that my tradition of LOSING weight in winter happens again this year!
gained 15.

I need to go on a diet badly I think.
