I don't mind people giving advice at the gym. A lot of people are just unaware of how dangerous bad form can be for your joints, so they should appreciate somebody correcting them.
But what is the advice ppl are dishing out is wrong?
then ignore it. as long as they are trying to be genuinely helpful and are tactful in their approach then it shouldnt really annoy you.
But what if you don't know it's wrong and you'd don't ignore it.
