Failed a unit last year so repeating it this semester.

First day, realise I have the same tutorial teacher as last year.

Hoping she doesn't recognise me as it would be mightily embarrassing, and thought I was in with a chance as a) I never speak up in class b) I probably stopped going to classes for the 2nd half of the semester (yeah don't worry I know why I failed) c) haven't seen her for a year but nope she remembered me.

Happened again in one of the other classes ffs

Good teachers at least

I dunno who wrote the article cause I can't see a name. But he is wrong.

NICK RIEWOLDT

The confusion: Ree-wolt or Ree-volt?

Saints skipper Nick says Riewoldt with a very soft ‘V’, so that’s good enough for us.

The verdict: Ree-volt. Same goes for Jack, too. Obviously.
Jack has come out in the past and said he pronounces it Ree-wold. Nick is Ree-volt(ing) though.

Has anyone encountered or had experience with this type of person?

So during high school, there was a group of us who hung out together, particularly after school as we all lived in the same general vicinity and caught the same train line.

Near my house is a McDonalds. So when we would hang out together, "Brad" would usually go "Hey person X wanna go get some Maccas". Person X might go "nah" then Brad goes "I'll shout".

This continued occuring and occurring, not just at my place, but at other areas too with different people while we were together. It took me a while to realise, he had never shouted me McDonalds or whatever before. When the penny dropped, I started realising, when we were in a group together he would start having conversations with person A while I'm just right there feeling invisible. For example, I particularly remember a moment when I was at Brad's house, and it was the three of us, me, Brad and Person A. As me and Person A are leaving, we're at the door putting our shoes on, Brad starts to talk to Person A and goes "hey wanna go to x event tomorrow?" and then they start discussing plans for tomorrow like I'm not even there lol like a schmuck chucking his shoes on.

Anyway thought the guy was a massive douche so 3 years later, today, at a 21st see the bloke again as he comes to the 21st a bit late. I'm already sitting with Person A (same person), not much time passes before he does the same thing! "Hey man, we should go get that parma" and something else. Okay, I admit... I was quite inebriated at that point and don't really remember the specifics of what was said.

But seriously. 3 years later. Still a flog.

Edit: okay not meant to be that long
