no, meditation and mindfulness help though
Why not seek help?

From personal experience, I've been dealing with anxiety and depression since 2011, and sought help in 2012.

I thought I was good enough to handle it by myself, and while I did make some improvements, the most effective have been the last 8 months because I've gone and sought out treatment again (which is mostly just seeing a good psychologist every few weeks).

However, I can't say I'm a completely mentally healthy person at this stage yet, and I don't know if this is the answer or if it will help you, but this is just from my personal experience.

Went to change my headlight that had blown on my car this afternoon and couldn't get to the light. There was a big engine cover bolted in and not enough room to pull the light back. Seriously who designed things like that.
The car company so you have to go to them to get the special tool to get at it that will cost you $120 on labor and $10 on the globe

I have four messages on my answering machine from the "tax department" advising me I've been charged with tax evasion and a warrant has been issued for my arrest. They leave a number to call and I would love to call back to play along but I'm concerned it's one of those that charges you when you dial it - campaigners

Use a pay phone or something. A service that they can't track who you are.

A particular recruitment agency that I sent a CV to want me to complete a course which includes filling out the following details

- Current address (no problem with that)

- Mailing address (cannot say 'as above' must rewrite address again)

- Must give details of all pasy employment including place, role, referees eveb though they are already shown on the ******* CV.

You wonder why HR agencies are loathed. They are truly a pain in the arse.
