Did you have twins ?

At different times in my life I have looked like I'm pregnant.

From the feedback I've heard it's a bit like ripping off a band aid. Can be rough at the time but who has one newborn baby and is on Easy St? I don't know how people manage with the feeding, sleeping etc. schedule of a newborn while also trying to manage a demonic toddler. Have heard a few people say they would like a second or third kid but don't want to go through the sleepness nights stage again.

Pregnancy itself is different for everyone. A family member of mine was pregnant with just one and had hyperemesis gravidarum (which sounds like a spell but not nearly as much fun) for the entire time. A friend of mine who had twins is quite small (maybe 5'2'' 50-something kg) and I know the last trimester at least she struggled a lot because she's just not built for it. But then the last girl I spoke to who was past her due date and about to go check in at the hospital was so casual about it you'd think she was just going away for a weekend and asking someone to water her plants.

I think I might check out of this discussion haha

Do prams (tanks} come in double decker like the buses ?
That's what she needs .

Specialist prams for 2-3 kids exist. Probably cost as much as a car though.

My mate's pram has a storage area under the seat that neatly holds a carton of beer in the traditional 1 x 4 x 6 arrangement. I'm sure it can hold a block of cans in 3 x 5 x 2 configuration but that might impact weight distribution so will have to road test.
