Its a term i learned in WA and I am definitely not a part of it. I generally don't fit the typical bloke mold at work and even though Im not antisocial, I do like to put my head down and keep busy as opposed to engaging in chummy converaations.

The leadership at work who have access to the rosters consistently call in their mates for overtime or self appoint. Its the most unfair system. Im not gonna be that guy who raises it with management but its ****ing bullshit.
