Trust me its fecking awesome. And I was absolutely terrified before I jumped... as soon as it was over wanted to go straight up there and go again!!!!

But each to their own... scuba diving is something Ive never done. And never will. Cant stand enclosed spaces... so i guess going under water is similar to that??? Anyone else claustraphobic???

I'd think it's quite the opposite...

I dread the thought of ever going under water, since the ocean is really huge and open... actually it's the big blue open-ess that freaks me out.

That scene in Cast Away, where Tom Hanks is floating on his hand-made boat in the ocean, it always gives me chills when the whale pops up at night and looks at him before going back under water... I don't think I could handle that!

Well, you're in for a treat...I watched it for the 6th time the other day, one of my all time favourites.

I've never played footy competitively....grew up in a small town where soccer was king. Hate that fact.

I honestly think in my case its claustraphobia not what you've described there... im fine with the ocean, swimming, going out on it on a boat, jet ski, whatever.. but the thought of going under really freaks me out. Also swimming in the ocean once, the water was clear and it was great swimming with goggles on, checking things out. The next day it was murky, couldnt see anything... could not for the life of me swim under water.

Anyway, thats my take on it. Like i said, theres no way i could ever scuba dive.
