I thought that as well, but the article makes reference to Victoria Clubs and the strain that COVID bubbles caused on relationships. Makes me think it's a Victorian coach.

There are only 9 sides in Melbourne, Geelong is the 10th VICTORIAN side, so don't rule out Scott (who my money is on)
