Isn't that a bit harsh ... sullying ALL sports world-wide with AFL shenanigans and carpet sweeping?
That's not carpet sweeping ... it's concreting right over the top of absolutely everything!
After all the false starts (Vlad, you were out before the gun went off), court cases, appeals, being found guilty in all languages other than AFL and the odd shoot up (vitamins and armaments) , this name change is by far the most emphatic to date drawing a line in the sand. Thanks to all the Mods, especially Doss. Still waiting for the Dumplings lunch though
It's been.... emotional
Dank's dumplings now!
And talking of Fat Andy still not a word from the the Fat Man who you couldn't keep out of the newspapers before
Pensioned off ....
I love how (and where) this board has been relegated. Too funny.
Almost sounds like BF has joined the AFL accredited media fraternity and we are are now in the BF equivalent of "under the carpet".
Still, to find a positive, if we are in the local and school footy forum, all those young footballers (boys and girls both) coming in to chat about their game, club, league (do they even do that? tried the SANFL one for a while when I joined and it was all crickets!), they might trip over this area and read up on past shenanigans to avoid!
It's rather embarrassing for whoever chose to put it here.
Do big footy Chiefs think drugs in sport not worthy of a topic of its own just under Australian rules football?
Can't understand why it is where it is now.
Has the issues of drugs in sport been resolved so we can now retire thread to an unrelated area of forum?
Its where we want it for the time being. We're hoping for less trolls and more constructive discussion on the subject matter.
If you want bigger, faster and stronger discussions , and you want them quickly I know a guy.
