Green street 2 is good to & football factory & there is another really good one , that starts with 'R' but I can't remember the name at the moment...One for our man of mystery 'BS', 'Pay it Forward'.....
Yeah Green Street 2 is pretty good, it just lacks the football aspect though. Shame that Elijah Wood didn't come back in a cameo appearance as well.

Napoleon Dynamite is an ace film. :thumbsu:

Yeah good point, I forgot it was a pilot.

But I think a Quagmire spin off would be more entertaining

Agree, when I heard there'd be a spin off, I thought Glenn would be the obvious candidate.

Having said that, just caught the first ep slash pilot tonight; it's got promise! :thumbsu:

Giggidy!

Pepsi Max sucks arse. My family bought 2 slabs of it the other day and I just can't drink it, woeful shite.

Though it's much much MUCH better than Dr. Pepper

Where do you live ? You can only get Dr Pepper in novelty stores in Tas..

In Melbourne. I work at Chaddy and they serve it at places around there, not that I touch that garbage.

I remember one time I was having a night cap that turned into a binge at about 3am and there was nothing else in the house to drink so we mixed Pepsi Max with Southern Comfort.

Death in a glass right there

Excuse my Tasmanianess but what or where is Chaddy?

Chaddy, or properly known as Chadstone is a shopping complex that is set to take over the globe. It has a redevelopment like every 4 years and it's just getting bigger and bigger. It has almost every single shop under the sun, apart from KFC and Big W by my reckoning, and it's a hive for plebs and general riff raff.

Working there makes me want to curl into a ball and cry like a bitch

But seriously, how good is a souvlaki on Chapel St after spending the evening at Bridies?!

Lambs around the corner on Malvern Rd is better imo. Probably the thing I miss most about Melb - the kebabs they have over here are terrible.

Jeez City did play well yesterday. Looks like the EPL race is still open.. for a little while longer.

I'm afraid that I haven't watched it. But I will look into it. Shame that a movie about AFL has never been made, at least a decent one.

Considering that this thread has become the miscellaneous thread, I'll take the opportunity to inquire as to whether any posters have finished year 12 this year and are nervously waiting for monday to approach?

Where are you working in Chaddy?

And no deeman, I finished a couple of years ago and already have my uni results for the semester. I was rather confident after my year 12 exams and was never requiring a huge enter score for my course but I still didn't sleep for a second on the night before.

From memory, we had carols by candlelight at Jells Park on the Sunday night so there were a bunch of school mates all stressing.

being in university I am not concerned with vce

I am however slightly disappointed with my results not that I ever found myself concerned about them

I don't know how people can get stressed over results

The way VCE gets hyped up, it's hard not to stress. I just did my study and did the exams calmly and was fine.

The night before I think it was more excitement and anticipation rather than nerves.

Once you are in your course though, no one at uni cares about your ENTER. I feel embarrassed when asked what mine was by my younger friends still in school.

They will basically shape the direction our lives go from this point hence, so naturally, they an object of stress to us. It sounds stupid but it's true.

That really isn't true. If you don't get a good enough score for your course, there is always another way. It just might take an extra year to get there.

In a week nobody will care about your score. I can't even remember mine from 4 years ago.
