I think they all qualify as tall.
Bassett

Stevens
Carey
Bock
Clarke
Biglands
Hudson

Some of the blokes you mentioned are either inexperienced of not good enough (Carroll)

Should be interesting on how each team lines up and who will pick up who?

I think the reason we went with 3 ruckman is to strech WC's backline. We will play 3 talls in the forward line so either one of Hudson and Biglands will either play as a forward or as a defender, leaving Kenny to go to CHF or FF.

WC simply don't have the players to cover that many talls if we win enough of the ball in the midfield

Nice in theory but our midfield got smashed last week, also a tall forward line is fine but if they don't mark the ball who is going to crumb it, Schuback no hang on he is being left here

What are we doing? Throwing the names in the air and the last ones to hit the ground get dropped! Skipworth had a very average game last week and dropping Schuback for him is just - ah dumb.

3 ruckmen - ah on Subiaco - ah dumb. Now I know we may want to stretch their defence but first you got to get it down there! Midfield of Cousins, Kerr, Judd etc - this may get ugly!

Does Ayres want to get sacked???

Lost for words.

I'm dumbfounded ??

Who the heck is running our selection panel ?? can't be Ayres unless he wants out of Adelaide before the end of the season.

Skipworth in for Schuback = weird really weird.

Our only hope was to at least break even with the Eagles mid-field so what bloody hope is there now to combat there pace & clean hands ??

Crows probably will win now & make fools of us all.;)

I don't understand what our selectors are doing.

Why the hell are we playing three ruckmen? Clarke is most likely going to retire at the end of the year, and we NEED to have two solid ruckmen to take his place. If they want to give Biglands some badly required game time, then they have to give Huddo a rest. Its Riddikulus. (I saw Harry Potter yesterday :) )

And I know its already been mentioned a few times but,

Skipworth for Schuback???

WHAT THE ****?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

well i guess if we had 3 (even just 1 !!! - we can but dream) ruckmen that could take a mark then we could stretch the eagles
(now had it been Fergy that came into the side - then thats another story)

and as for skippy replacing schuey - well i guess we're trying to add more pace and long kicking into the team :D :D :D

Strange team this one.
Big ground - so we put in Bode and Skippy, who will be found wanting for pace.

Schuback, I mentioned after last weeks game appears very larconic when the ball was in his area. made last minute decisions to chase opposition players , or go for a ball.
Probably is getting spoken about his game intensity ATM.

Biglands on what i hear does not deserve an opportunity B4 Watts or Rutten?

But if your going to tank a season, this is how you do it.

Is this also how you go about getting sacked as coach?????

I actually don't think Biglands in the forward line is a bad thng at all.

He has played some good roles there in the past, often as the key target, and he can be a good mark when on form.

With Carey and Stevens up and running, I think he could do well as a third tall - he will probably be too big and strong for the Weagles' third tall defender. Plus he can deal with the forward-line rucks.

Three ruckmen is not a problem for mine, as two of them can play KP.

I haven't seen proof yet that one let alone 2 of our ruckmen can play as a KPP.

Certainly Biglands cannot play KP.

I would still be keen to see Hudson played in a KP. Apparently he's played CHB at stages in his short career.

How would he go at FF?

Why can't Biglands play KP? He was originally a forward, has good hands at times, good pace for a big man and is strong.

Could still be a good key defender.
