Apparently Eddie was on MMM this morning saying Collingwood has all angles, he didn't make head contact, etc. etc. and so they are fighting to get him off. I didn't hear this; did anyone else? If so, did he say anything other than would be expected?

If Daisy got off, the opposition supporters would jump the proverbial fence I reckon.

The MRP have a long record of making foundationless decisions, either way so I'm not pinning my hopes on him getting off.

theres been a big demand for tv cleaning wipes this weekend - greasy noses stuck to big screen tv's showing the replay and trying to determine if the head moved in the contact.

I've looked at every angle several times, the side on looks like the shoulder got him in the head if you freeze it at a certain point, but FF a mili second and you can see the shoulder passes the head, then look at the from behind shot and you can see the shoulder is clearly to the left of the head, he will get off IMO.

He must be given the benifit of the doubt.

Yep he played. Killed us. Played so well that after the match the media where all over him with calls of him being the best in the league.

Oh well, Daisy gets a 3 weekend rest before the preliminary final, that's life.

The Lower decision is mystifying, 3 weeks for an act that should have gone straight to the tribunal and been given 4-6, oh well, don't really care as Freo are irrelevant, and will be for a long time to come.

Daisy can at least rest the hand complaint he has been having, that's the positive if their is one.

Also, Alex Fasolo will now play in the first final, from what I thought he would have missed out if Daisy got one week.

So there' always silver lining, rest up Daisy, see you in the prelim.
