I can think of a way a question could be asked to recieve an answer similiar to Rendell's, but like you said it could of (and should of) been answered in a non-racist manner...but I wont be posting it on the Bay otherwise I will get accused as being a Rendell sympathiser.


Edit: thurmanmunson beat me to it...I wouldnt call it an outburst, the way Rendell speaks makes the Bay posters look like they attended Finishing School.

This is Rendells quote from todays article on AdelaideNow. Look at the bolded bit of the quote, our club. Doesn't seem like it was only Rendell that supported this policy.
 
I suppose the comments were made for shits and giggles, the (forced against Triggs will) sacking was for shits and giggles too. One guy that is half aboriginal selected at pick 64 currently stuck in the WWT reserves doesn't remove this stain from the kkklub.

Read the quote. It's pretty damning.

I read the quote. It is one mans opinions as our trading and drafting strategies of the club do not follow his quote......Not to mention our work as a club with APY Lands communities.


Maybe we should look at the strategies of other clubs. As I will not be surprised that as part of his defence tonight he will suggest it is a view held by many in the industry.

If he does in fact use that defense he will want to name and shame (another trait of the Krows). The I'm not the only one defense is school yard stuff :eek:

Actually, that quote is Mifsud quoting (paraphrasing?) Rendell. Show me a single article where Rendell has actually spoken to the press. Show me a transcript of the conversation back in January.

Well yes, if your reaction is to defend a guy on semantics after he made a racist comment so severe that he had the Crows and the AFL wanting him sacked, then I'm going to find something wrong with the reaction. I thought that would've gone without saying.
