As I said before, the story rests on two things. Demetriou says that Rendell refused to resile from his comments when pressed later, Rendell says he didn't. If Rendell is telling the truth, then he's not a racist (but he is a ****ing idiot for making the racist comment that he did make). If Demetriou is telling the truth, then he is. If one of them admits that they're not telling the truth, then we'll know. Until then I'm not going to judge Rendell either way anymore.

1st Bolded bit, Vlad has not been a fan of Rendells for a while, Rendell made negative public statements about Vlads new plastic toys (GC and GWS) that Vlad did not like, Rendell is also good mates with Grant Thomas who is also not high on Vlads Chrissy Card list. I would be surprised if these issues had a bearing on Vlads position on this as it would be petty but who knows?

Vlad has said that he did not lean on the AFC to sack/force to resign Rendell, but he did say previously that the recruiter better find another line of work before Rendell was named...I am not sure Vlad has been 100% truthful in this instance.

There is more to the AFL than DT points and obsessing over captains with blonde hair. Best gp stick to those topics.

Yes I should have held on until I heard all the facts, but then again you flogs were calling Crows posters racists for doing that

But if you read the thread I never had the vitriol towards Rendell you guys did.

Now this thread is much more than trolling Rendell, you guys labelled the Crows and it's supporters racist, and that's one bandwagon I never jumped on to and was the basis for my posting in this thread.
