That’s the one. Four games in 1992, none in 1993, then delisted.
Played four out of the first six games in 1992 then was dropped and never seen again. Malthouse clearly didn’t rate him.
He’d also get a second medal from North in 1996, by the way.

On this theme - have we had a player that played all games in a premiership season except the Grand Final? I know Jaymie Graham played 24 (all but two) in 2006.
I think he's the unlucky one. Him and Staker were both stiff in 2006.

Correct. 24 out of 25 (injured in the preliminary final).
Staker slightly less stiff as he played 23 games in 2006 out of a possible 26.

That too is my recollection. And in not being suspended for that punch, so the theory goes, allowed just enough wriggle room to justify letting Barry Hall off also.
This board had a hard on for him too. The last in the long line of post-Cummings/Woosha Era ‘Great White Hopes’.
Turned out it was Quentin Lynch all along, and somehow, Ash Hansen, between injuries.
