In the season ahead I'd like to see us:
- play an entertaining brand of football that makes it a joy to go the the footy again
- have enough confidence in our systems to focus more on what we will do and less on what the opposition will do, and to not throw our structures out when injury and suspension hits
- return Adelaide Oval to being an intimidating venue for visiting teams
- fiercely promote and protect our unique traditions including campaigning for the return of the prison bars
- show clear, united, accountable on and off-field leadership and not let ourselves down by continued off-field indiscretions
- publicly call out dubious decisions and actions that negatively impact the club and assertively challenge them
- start delivering real dividends from the China strategy
- make forward progress towards a future women's team
- not claim mission accomplished if we just make finals
