Suggestion Threads from ignored members

Sometimes I still want to read replies to a thread created by ignored members even though I don't care for the words of the OP. Is it possible for the thread to be displayed as usual but with the OP changed to ignored member and the first post hidden? When the thread is the most recently commented on, it appears that way from the forum index and clicking the link shows all the replies. Thanks in advance.

This is not a part of the system. I don't of any addons that do that either.

Best to bookmark those threads so you can check up on them.

If it's an important thread and the OP is ignored by a lot of people, mods will edit the OP to change the author.
