how about if the WA teams can’t play in Perth (quarantine not lifted) and they get to chose where they play? Then nsw vic teams visit them at Metricon. There’s no crowds, they’ve had no travel - the rub is not being in their own bed but in a resort the top sportspeople in the world are happy to stay at and produce top form.

plus while Metricon is a new ground to them - how did the eagles go last time they played 12 games and 2 finals in a new ‘unfamiliar’ ground? Was it a premiership?

if they push hard, they could have more than 14 games at Metricon, which surely they can work out?

eagles are 5-2 at Metricon, 22-6 at Perth stadium

have no issue for us playing there at all. should be fine dont know why people are feeling sorry for the club they made the move and wanted it.

i just hope we get to play some games here soon. mcgowan now is under the pump so who knows

before the season even restarts fox footy were pontificating West Coast (possibly) losing home finals
yeah poor old West Coast...might of been more convincing if they wiped the smiles off their faces first
