**** man, I really feel for everyone having problems or missing out!

I got on at 8:58 and opened 5 browsers, first one put me through at 9:02, closed the ones I wasn’t using. all paid and sorted by 9:06! I got lucky I guess

It’s a shit system. They should do time allocations per club per sections.
I.e Melbourne members sit punt rd end and tickets on sale between 9 and 12 and then Geelong members sit Olympic end tickets on sale between 1 and 4

Not 8 clubs all at once in a mad frenzy for bandwidth and queue allocations

I hope everyone finds a ticket some how and the issues are fix soon!

I cannot believe this is still happening and what you have said about segregating times/days sounds logical, especially with the bye, I would like to go further and allow any members to pre register the number of tickets, preferred seating preferences (in order), barcodes and credit card details. At the start of the allotted time slot, all you need to do is confirm (or amend) your details and the transaction should be seamless as you are not ferreting around for mad Johnnos barcode that didn't appear to be correct. just as everyone else is hammering the system.

The AFL are to blame for not fixing this crap years ago.

Don't know. I didn't get the sms either. But the tickets they emailed me have that phone bar code scanny thing so I presume you just show them that on your screen. Like checking in online for a flight
