Can someone help me out with getting tickets for the filth game (july 24)through Ticketek. When I get to the page that gives you the 'venue map' link, the tickets I am offered are in M10 (M9 last week when I tried.) These are premium reserved but I would prefer to be on the 2nd level (theres no 1st level on the map for some reason) I assume M9/10 etc are ground level. Does the system keep selling and then move up to 1st level (N), and repeat the process and then 3rd level?

Looking at the map N13/14 would be some of the best seats?

Sorry to hijack this thread, bvut usually I just swipe my membership and go through and am happy to stand.
On Sunday I am taking my 10-year-old daughter and we needed seats so I booked seats using my membership. M55 row KK. Can anyone tell me whether these are OK or not. I don't want to be stuck on the fence and not see anything.
Thanks.

Yeah...same deal Tugga, I normally stand too but am taking my son and brother with a 6 yo., so seats are needed.

Looking at the game tonight the seats look much better than years ago when I was last there. It is the rain I am more worried about. I do have a friend MCG member who I am going to contact but not sure how many guests he can bring in.

Then again, if it does rain, my brother and his son will head for cover and I can concentrate on the footy and beer better anyway!

From a quick search..double letters are not on the fence..hopefully someone can give more on this!

Very good seats Tugga, near the 50m line and the bench. Far enough back that you can see the game quite clearly and should be undercover as well in case the rain comes. Its the Tigers membership area as well so you should be surrounded by the 'family', which is nice when we're winning games.

Just did some research and A is on the fence and then it goes to Z and then starts again at AA etc. Always a hassle taking kids, but it'sd enriches the experience in different ways.:thumbsu:

Thanks RT. Glad I booked now. With my membership factored in, it only cost me $19 to upgrade for me and my young lady. Really excited as my daughter just paraded her tiger flag that she made as a cape (bogan style) and she seems really pumped (although I had to bribe her with Maccas and choccy!).

Yes..thats the same as what Ticketek give you on the website...no idea as to where they are..on the fence for ex. But as you said Tugga..A-Z, then double AA- from there seems the case. I keep getting seats in the P-Z range so will look to book them I think. Its more about getting some atmoshere for my son's first trip to the MCG! Choosing which end he will kick his first goal at when he runs out there in 7 years...that sort of thing;)
