Here's what the AFL has just released.

http://www.afl.com.au/news/newsarticle/tabid/208/newsid/103194/default.aspx

THE GRAND final replay between Collingwood and St Kilda will take place at the MCG next Saturday afternoon, with two five-minute periods to be added in the event of another draw.
The Pies and Saints were locked on 68 points at the end of normal time on Saturday.

More Magpies and Saints members will be able to attend the game - to be played at 2.30pm on October 2 - with 16,000 tickets on top of the normal 25,000 to be made available.

What does that mean for Collingwood club support AFL members? Monday?

It's not really clear. Does it mean that at 9am Mon, all pies members can get tickets? So normal members have the same chance as legends do?

You get that feeling from the article, Ron.

First in best dressed? Surely not.

I bought a package from the AFL, will I get my ticket again or not??? If I dont, I am egging Demetriou's house this week, no joke.

Saints Priority members have until midday to get tickets before ordinary members so I assume Pies will have similar.
Clubs not selling packages but I think AFL is.
AD having a Presso Sunday 9.15am.

what a joke of an announcement. the way the AFL is handling this is ridiculous.

I'm a full afl collingwood member, and i dont know when i can get tickets.

last week it was sunday morning at 10am.

logic would suggest it would be the same next week, but that announcement doesnt say this.

logic would also suggest that if they're changing the arrangement regarding full afl members, that they should announce it specifically. they havent done this.

Surely legends members get first crack?? As a legends member I'm guaranteed a GF ticket if collingwood is participating. Just re-issue new tickets. We didn't have to queue or ring after we registered so it shouldn't change. We need answers!!

I'm an AFL silver member who spent $1300 on the western bulldogs corporate package for todays game, it seems no corporate packages will be available to next weeks game, so im stuffed pretty much cant get a ticket.
Collingwood do not allow AFL silver members in their club allocation of tickets and silver members dont have the right to AFL member tickets unless there are some left over from the gold members, which never happens.

if anyone has an eligible membership type to obtain a ticket to the rematch and cant attend next week or wants to arrange some sort of monetary deal for access to ur membership number/ticket. PM me and we can sort something out

Cheers

A lot of the Pies barrackers I spoke to at the Myer Music Bowl said they wouldn't go anywhere next week - too stressful.

Well it was bloody stressful at the game, and i couldn't go through that again, but i'll still be there next week. Wouldn't miss it for anything.

How many people get to say they went to two GF's in one year?

That's true. But there was a mica ambulance racing towards the MCG as we left the bowl. HOMP refuses to do it all again. She's says she's going to drive up the country and listen on the radio next week.:(

Collingwood members
Tickets will be available for Collingwood Priority 1, 2 & 3 (Club 5, Legends, Captains, Social Club or 10+ year) members to purchase from 9am-midday AEST on Monday, September 27.

Ah crap

Also looks like no lining up at all, the website is going to crash, might still be tickets left at 1pm afterall :D

If anybody has a membership which can get them a ticket, but they won't be using, PLEASE PM me. I've only missed 3 collingwood games this year, which were all interstate, and I don't want to miss this. I paid $1350 for my ticket today from the afl, and now they won't let me go despite giving them all my savings. I am ****ing pissed off with the afl ATM. Yes I am not a collingwood member, but I am a restricted mcc who hasn't missed a game in melbourne so don't call me a bad supporter and that it's my own fault.

Despite already paying $1350 for today, I am willing to pay a very good amount of cash in exchange for a ticket. (with all this ID stuff this might not be possible for me anyway, but I am desperate so its worth a try I guess)

I can, as I went to both in 1977.
Was having a couple of beers in a pub after leaving the game, and talking to some supporters of both teams I mentioned that I have seen more drawn grandfinals than winning ones(2 v 1).
They thought I was kidding them unill I mentioned 1977 was drawn.
However they were not even born then so they counldn't remember.
It damn well is an eeirie feeling(again).
C'mon 'woodsmen', just one more win.

Do 3-game memberships count? If so, I've got a spare BigFooty 3-Game number.

i think it's great that theres more tickets available for members, and that now silver members actually have a crack

good luck to everyone

Seems like that ticket would be in the second lot of released tickets.

As a couple of others ave already said, if anyone here has a membership or access to tickets and they cant attend next week then I'm definitely interested in getting my hands on some tickets! Just PM me and we can organise any logistics! Cheers
