We are platinum members. I had to reject around 30 times at 9am this morning. Still could not get under cover in cat 1

i'm platinum and have had pretty consistent luck with getting good seats at 9 or just after, didn't get on until 9:30 and had to go with seats behind the goals on level 3

Are you selecting cat 1 or best available?

I've tried both ways, plus thrown some cat 2s & 3s in occasionally for good measure, dozens of times. I've selected cat 1 before and still been offered cat 5. Best available is a joke, the algorithm clearly doesn't watch footy.

I would happily take these. Instead I keep getting offered rain-soaked tier 1 seats.

It's like the algorithm somehow taps into your thought preferences and sadistically offers you seats that are the exact opposite of what you want.
