Yeah got on and grabbed 5 tickets in level 3 reserve. Looks like i'll be near the forward pocket which isn't ideal but will get to be there to see us smack the saints.

Disliking the amount of confusion over this game. Seems that for once it's going to be a sellout - yet not be ticketed.

I'm an 11 game GA member for the Saints, really hoping I can just scan my membership and get in. Probably going to be aiming for 6.30 at this rate.

And FWIW, at most games this year it's been reserved on Level 3 between A-F and GA everywhere else. Lower capacity games generally have behind goals as GA as well. Don't expect that to be the case here.

As for your post Maroo, that's kinda concerning. Getting a Level 3 ticket for Row S would suggest that the entire of Level 3 is ticketed. Are you 100% sure that it wasn't Level 1?

It's possible that's the case, but I would have sworn blind I'd selected L3. I just looked again and came up row E in section 42 (what row starts to have a view restricted by the giant boxes?).

What odds that 5,000 - 10,000 punters get turned off by the ticketing fiasco and attendance doesn't even reach 45,000?
Not reall y as people who have a ticket will 95% of the time go. Then even if some get turned off by the confussion of the ticket's, There will still be people just rocking up and buying ticket's to get in. Sure to get over 45k i'd say but then again we were suppose to get about 90k for the Essendon one and got under 85k.

G'day all, I ordered my 3 GA tickets for the game yesterday, just wondering which end the Tigers cheersquad will be at on Friday. Also, when I ordered online I opted to pick up my tickets at the venue, can anyone give me a heads up as to where I have to go to pick up my tickets at Etihad??

Just said on 3AW that Brian Peak said this afternoon that their is still 10k left. They were flabbergasted.
Fixed seating of 53,359 - therefore already 43,000 tickets sold with all of the walk up GA memberships yet to be counted and standing room to go. Crowd could be huge!! Record is 54,444 StsvGeel 2009 - in danger?

. I hope so but I doubt it. That game was sold out weeks in advance. I remember people scalping tickets to that game for around 3-4 times the face value.

I was at that game and it was still the best H&A game I've watched live. I hope this game isn't nearly that close!

What a joke. I go to the ticketmaster booth and ask to reserve seats, he says there are 'absolutely no doubles left, only singles and GA'. I ask is he sure he says yes. So I pull out my phone, search tickets, and get two doubles on level 2. Why the **** are they so deliberately unhelpful?

The TM outlets only get allocated a certain amount of tickets though.

Does this mean that GA is sold out, and they are down to Standing room only? As I understand it my AFL membership will get me into GA, but need another GA ticket.....hmm..
