Tiges haven’t won for a few weeks so will be hungry here and are playing at home. Will probably be a close game.

They have North the next week so could finish with as many as 7 wins, which would be a hell of a result for the year.

If we win and Melbourne, Carlton and Port all lose to the top 9 teams they’re playing, we’ll move up 3 spots, to 11th.

Will Richmond be able to field a full team?

Last round, the 26 named (inc emergencies) was everyone they had fit.

Faull out.

Taranto and Smilie were 'test' last week, but didn't come good....It they don't pass the test again this week, Richmond will have to name an emergency who can't play.

Not sure about Taranto, but something is odd with Smilie's absence...

tige's should have Lynch/Broad and Taranto back this week.
That will help because our youth is starting to get tired with the long season.

Gotta be saints. We struggled to defend their ball movement in rd 3. If they bring anything like that this time, it will be a similar story but hopefully a closer game.

Each week I have an opposition supporter on the podcast to discuss the upcoming game, and last night I was joined by Jake from Saints TV!

Topics:

-Both teams recent form lines
-The value of winning games at this end of the year vs getting better picks
-IN's and OUT's for both teams
-Trade talk about NWM
-Where the game is won and lost
-Predictions

A really great chat with Jake, hope you all enjoy and good luck for this weekend!

Surely StKilda cant drop this game
Jack Steele 200 games and on a high after 2 wins

Should be a 10 goal thrashing

Some big ins for the Tigers so reckon this will be close. Much talk about relative rebuilds but St.Kilda's team is actually younger on average than Richmond. Was surprised by that.

Tigers by 4 points in an upset.

hopefully a stronger performance from the tiges then last week.
mature players back will help.
still think saints will get the win

St Kilda's first time on the MCG this year isn't it? Ground familiarity is a thing, and even without that Richmond would be a genuine chance. Not quite 50-50, but hardly a major upset if the Tigers get up, just a minor one.

Early on this has the feel of a round 1 game - heaps of energy, awful skills. Hopefully the latter improves.
