Agree, get Q.Lynch if we can, crash the packs can kick a long ball and will keep on busting his guts.Seeing as we already have Jake Edwards, who is basically the same type of forward as Tim Boyle already on our list, I would say no. We need a forward who can crash the pack and bring the ball to ground.

no. standing in the park with my mate the other day wondering how hard it is to miss from 20......its hard. Hes no goodWasn't he rumoured to be shopped around last year?
Rumour going round someone saw him in our rooms after the game on Friday night.
as was Brad Miller, Daniel Kerr, Brendan Goddard and i think even Jimmy Bartel??

Darren Pfeiffer you effing beauty... now thats saying something... Obviously no idea about roles and structure Lynch doing the bullocking work as Spalding used to when we had real structure and were very succesful would really compliment and help Fev,Fisher, Betts and Kreuzer and open the door for these to get extra opportunities via crumbs or taking the 2nd big backmen behind Fev and allowing Fisher and Kreuzer to get better match ups.
I'd rather get Lance Whitnall back than get him...and thats saying something!
Source?

I hope so. Otherwise I lost the plot and might as well follow the Dons. Now wouldn't that be a "no brainer"I hope those last few lines are your black sense of humour PeeKay!
I'm one of the lucky supporters. I joined the first Social Club in 1964 and watched some terrible games for a few years. Then in 1968 watched them win our first "flag" for over 20 years.I hope those last few lines are your black sense of humour PeeKay!
If you want to discuss those issues go post on the AFL thread or ring the AFL as this is the carlton board why would people discuss issues the AFL should be working out and not carlton issues or opinions etc.You guys beat me!
We win, all you talk about is who we can get as a trade from other club.
We lose, and all you talk about is who's no bloody good in our team and how we should get rid of them.
Some of the great coaches always found a positive in any problem......say...."if you can't say something good about something, say nothing". That way you are forced to find the positives and that's the type of supporter all clubs would like.
It never ceases to amaze me that some always know what to do with a player and how to treat him, when in fact they don't know him, don't know the circumstances, don't know the game plan etc.
Why not try and talk about serious AFL industry issues.
Say: The playing time loss from the time keepers or your thoughts on the "inter change system"
And what are we?Need to remember he will more than likely be coming off a GF appearance. If they lose I reckon he'd want another crack. If they win I reckon he might like another taste of the same. It will certainly influence his decision making re: future club, but why would anyone leave a club on the cusp of big things?
