Says he's looking forward to the Hawthorn-RFC game next friday night.

Why?

Surely not for the great footy.

Must be so he can enjoy the bloodbath either way. Is like a media frenzy on the carcass of teams that are struggling. Just like to get all the blood they can get out of a story.

When you're down who needs these parasites.

It stung me too froars. We must be getting a bit precious. :)
I still can't decide if he said it with more than a hint of sarcasm or whether his Carlton allegiance was coming out in which case it was said with glee.
I quite like Tim as a commentator. Hang on, a Blues man so yes you're right. A parasite. :D

I'm surprise you doubted me.

A carlscum supporter always equates to a parasite lol.

And one that works in the media equates to a nosy, vitriolic parasite

:D

Bit precious guys.

Maybe a case of misdirected animosity. The guy is in the media ... why wouldn't he be looking forward to a game that will have such a big build-up, for maybe the wrong reasons, in the press, radio and televisually.

There is little doubt that the build-up will have it's foundations in a macabre fascination of many to in witness the outcome for the loser. Such situations are a reporter's bread and butter.

The last couple of years it was Carlton. The few years prior to that it was the Saints. Now it's our turn, I guess. (or maybe Hawthorn's ?)
