I wouldn't say hands down. depends on how you view best recruit. on the individual then was hand down smith wins. however from a team perspective structurally etc you could certainly argue it's pretty close

Another player you don't fully appreciate unless you're at the ground watching what he does & how he helps our other forwards.

I must admit id forgotten that Titch and Membrey were teammates at the Swans and are still really close mates. Good to see another close connection and hopefully a flag together would make it even more special

it was a good interview. i didnt know much about him before coming to the pies.
hopefully mitch and him do get to play a few games together... hes a brownlow medalist but its going to be tough for him to break back into the side with long having a stellar season so far.

Have said it once before, he’s the best set shot at the club. Takes a strong grab, is smart on the lead, and loves to tackle. Joined the club with no promises or guarantees about being best 22 but just knuckled down immediately. Pushed Cox out of the 22. Now he’s got Charlie banging the door down so constantly challenged to hold his form to maintain his spot, and he’s doing everything right.

Another solid game from Timmy

He's got such sticky hands and he's an absolute dead eye dick.

Always liked him at the Saints and was so happy when we picked him up.

Can easily see him playing 2-3 seasons at a high level for us.
