James Sciliy is an intersting one, he looks like he's grown and he could potentially be a great foil for Gunston and Ruffy sooner than we think.

Anyone know Scilys height for 2015?
Skinniness is his issue apparently. Add his agro and injuries might occur. I liked him heaps in the VFL GF last year. He was awesome.

The Kid has beautiful skills/movement....His marking is solid, has a beautiful long straight kick on him, has excellent agility & ground skills for a tall & he is a good mover & quick on the lead.

We have the luxury of developing him slowly over time While Roughead plys his wares.

Can't see what your worried about to be honest!
Everything you say about TOB is correct, however the thing that is holding him back is that he is a poor reader of the play and simply doesn't find enough of the ball, plus he is probably still 10 kg underweight if he wants to be a serious KP forward at senior level. He has time on his side but he must make some big strides this year.

Unlike others on this board, I'm more than happy with the kids development thus far & have every confidence that Carroll & the development team know precisely what they are doing....Wouldn't expect to see him play any more than another 6 games this season, given his core strength & tank need improvement, before adding the lean muscle necessary for senior footy.

How many clubs have kids/players with stress fractures of either the feet, legs or backs this pre-season just by pushing them too hard too soon?....Plenty....And yet currently, knock on wood, we have a clean bill of health.

While we have Roughy at his peak, we are blessed to be able to develop him at his/our own pace.

2016 is the year I'd be expecting him to start playing regular senior football....Time will tell.

Obie will have you all looking like this soon enough.
