Mod. Notice Time for a rebuild

Despite signing a contract extension midyear I've recognised that the moderating group is getting a bit old and slow and it's time to get in some new blood, even if that means going too far the other way.

I thought about moderating the forward line threads for a while but I can't mod forward to save myself, so it's time for me to pull the pin.

Thanks to Larry and Swannies for all their hard work over the however many years we've been doing this together. Thanks also to guys like Ochre, Badge, Biggie, Kane, Jimmy etc for putting in hard yards in other roles in that time, like the podcast, contracts threads, and just generally helping to make this the best team board on the forum. And thanks to the ex-mods Keys, Quinz, Mr Eagle etc who took a chance on a brash young poster and gave him a mod badge.

Just like the weekly votes threads I won't give dishonorable mentions, but let's just say I'm looking forward to being able to make liberal use of the ignore function now

Thanks campaigners and please treat Larri, Swannies and whoever they replace me with with the sort of decorum and respect that you showed me most of the time.
