Respected player, and he has a much better understanding of the players, in terms of being closer to their generation. Even Waite said to me that Ratts was just like one of the boys, and everyone wanted to do their best for him.

they are kids in the context of their AFL experience levels, their maturity as human beings in relation to their contributions to the overall society (ie: just entering the workforce)...

I will think you'll find that thinking outside the square enables people to overcome adversity and obtain answers to the near impossible...

then again narrow minded people are generally the ones whom drift through life living a standard, typical "real" life.
