Out of the coaches, I think Clarkson and Adcock are the only one that should stay.

The board needs a refresh and this current sitting president is lacklustre and as hard as wet salad leaf. Massive change needed in this space.

CEO is useless, she can ship off with the rest of em. Just for pissing off members who front up their hard earned and are shafted constantly.

I want to see people get the arse for what we are witnessing. The only people worse at their jobs are meteorologists trying to predict how much rain we will get tomorrow.

I cannot confirm this, but according to an ITK mate all of our assistant coaches are out of contract at the end of this season and "changes are expected".

The Whitlock trade should be the end for Brady and Thursfield. Giving up a top 3~ pick for a mid 20s pick has to be a fireable offence.

They’re all shit and they hold up ok. Because the up field pressure is non existent im happy to allow the backline a little tolerance when considering the position of sacking coaches.

I went to the WA games including the training day at East Fremantle Oval.

I was in the grandstand and a posse of NMFC officials plonked themselves directly behind me headed by Todd Viney. Shaun Marsh was with the group also.

Two officials in particular spoke incessantly to each other about two young players on the list.
The first was W Dawson. Pretty sure I heard the word beast more than once and hasn't his stocks risen since then.

However, the player that was spoken about in even more glowing terms was Matt Whitlock with repeated references to his athleticism and foot skills. Fair to say the wraps on him internally are huge.

I wouldn't be sacking anyone for that trade yet just quietly.

I would and tbh my biggest concern is we think we're ahead of the pack, this bloke we thought should have gone in the Nat draft.

Feel like this is 12 months too soon.

The only person I think it really in the gun is Patch. The gameplan, for better or worse, is built on winning contested footy and if you don't win, forcing a repeat stoppage. The failings there, which led to the worst defeats like Good Friday, along with the poor defensive efforts of the midfield exposing the back-six, is the biggest issue IMO.

That said, change for change sake it bad. If there isn't a gettable assitant that is better, don't bother.

It is another failed season. Its not asking for change for any other reason than continuity in failure should not be commended. There needs to be sacrificial accountability and at a bare minimum this year needs to be Brady plus assistant coaches. If that doesn’t happen then it should raise, if there isn’t enough already, more concerns over the board, president and CEO

Offer the midfield job to Scott Pendlebury...that way we get to keep Brents record in tack and we hopefully get someone who knows how to coach a midfield group..and it will annoy the cr@p out of the Pies supporters..
