Before that in the U9s, got system by U12s though ...got worse when interchange, 18 +2, thru to 22 interchanged.

A simple line across the centre of the field and you have to keep 4 players from your team (8 players in total) in that half of the field at all times. Would it really be that much of a problem?
This would still allow clubs to flood and defend but it could make it easier to switch play and move the ball out of your back half for the more skilled teams.
This is a problem because?
