Been using Tinder a bit whilst I've been on holidays in Singapore and holy shit is it a lot easier than Tindering in Perth. So many more matches, the vast majority respond to a simple 'Hey, how are you?', and plenty actually ask you if you want to hang out (as opposed to you always having to ask them). Not trying to brag either, my Perth Tinder game is admittedly terrible. I guess it just comess down to the fact that being a whiteguy is somewhat unique here?

I think it's just being a foreigner anywhere. If you let them know in your bio you're from another country it makes you seem more unique or interesting than the local plebs even if you're largely the same. Plus a lot of places seem to believe in the notion that Australians = hot.
