You're better than that, if they say get away manlet say something like

"Oh, I just came over to tell you that losing a few kilo's would do you good"

Height is to males what weight is to females it seems these days
 
I must admit I was a tad disappointed when I met my ex for the first time. Esp after he sent me a photo of himself towering over his grandma.


Yeah his grandma was pretty darn short. :D

We lasted 3.5 years, so that stuff doesn't matter really.. if you hit it off with the person.

No girl has ever said that to me.
Things like height and a decent rig are good but when it comes down to it, the most important things are facial aesthetics and confidence. Mainly facial aesthetics. Confidence and body you can work on while height and facial aesthetics are luck come down to genetics and you can't change them obviously

Hey FWIW, I was the shortest in my classes at school. On photo day, I just automatically went right to the back of the line.

If you're 5'1" and you can't wear heels without feeling tall around you're bf then you are going to have the definition of manlet children

Random approach, point to any girl in the room and ask the guy what they'd change to make her the perfect partner.
Conversation is easy from there as its about neither of you for the 1st 5 minutes

Shell I would always go one of two ways:
A) just go up and say hi, how's your night been? And hope that they are open to striking up a conversation.
B) say something absolutely ridiculous like "that's the best damn hat I've ever seen" and hope that they're playful.

Had about equal success rate depending on the fella. Just go with what feels natural. The worst they can do is say they're not interested...so go chat to someone else :)
