I have gone from thinking this is incredibly shallow, a brutal culling process and in a sense Darwinian (weeding out the ugly) to a more honest way of doing things. Really what is the difference in sliding across a picture, voting yes/no and assessing someone you see at a bar/function/meet on the street and forming an impression based on what are probably shallow superficial characteristics anyway.

Also easier than traditional internet dating where you need to create some profile to market yourself and craft some witty approach. True some on it may be dead sh*&s but no different to any other aspect of life.

Without sounding like too much of a Caesar, Tinder is driving societal change - dating is rapidly becoming a completely different thing to what it was even 12 months ago.
