I was generalising, not specifically referring to your first post. What I was getting at is that guys in general need more specific advice than blanket statements such as "Be different". It is hard to know what is different if you have nothing to compare it to. Eg. A guy thinks, OK, I have to be different with my initial comment to get her attention and suddenly her messages now look like this :

He's now thinking, yep, I can be different. This is easy !!

These are some of the worst lines I've ever read. The fact they have worked probably saysol more about the girl than it does about you.
