Most likely scenarios:

Round 7: Sunday May 12, GWS at Skoda
Round 11: Saturday June 8, Sydney at AAMI

If it's GWS he joins, pity it won't be at home..
But you can go and welcome him when Port play GWS at AAMI in Round 2..

So, which one will it be Tiprat? :D

If it's Sydney, I predict another Kurtcussion in Round 10 ;)

How about a "Tippett's a w@nker" chant?

Start using his name as common vernacular..instead of the C word.. it will catch on....."I'm having a Kurt Tippett of a day!!".... "some Kurt Tippett just cut me off!"...."What a Kurt Tippett!"

so next time kurt comes to adelaide to play the crows what will be nice if everyone could bring big fake moneybags or something, any idea's ?

Throw one cent coins at him but that may disrupt the game
or shower him with monopoly notes whenever he is in the goal square

Sheedy really does know how to work the media doesn't he. He's obviously a pretty decent coach, but I think the best value that GWS will get out of him is the way that he can garner media attention for the club, even if he is just stirring the pot. God I hope he is serious about GWS picking $kurt up though.

Oh and I fully expect to see a repeat of some of the $cully shenanigans that went on the first time Melbourne played GWS. If $kurt does go to GWS I think you will see several hundred Crows supporters going along to the Port game just to abuse and cheer against him.

I'd love to be there when Tippett plays his first game against the Crows at AAMI. I can just imagine him spraying a set shot from the goal square, and receiving the biggest cheer ever heard at the ground. The crowd would rise as one and give a standing ovation to his utter shitness.

Guy I know is on FaceBook trying to organise a group of people to throw tomatos at a cardboard cut out of Tippett in Rundell Mall on Friday.

Great idea, that wont half make us look like complete and utter ****wits.

Not nearly as bad as we're are going to look when someone throws a bottle at him during the game.

Kurt will probably now go to GWS to avoid playing in Adelaide!!

Yep agreed. Im beginning to become a bit disturbed about the level of hatred this board can generate against some players - first Gunston, now Tippett. Im not saying they don't deserve some razzing but these concerted hate campaigns are getting OTT IMO.

Tippett in particular will pay dearly for the manner of his exit from the Crows. It will follow him for the rest of his life. Its what he will be remembered for regardless of how good a footballer he might become.

So sure, razz him next time he's in Adelaide but concerted hate campaigns should not be who we are as Crows supporters.

Now thinking about how i can wrap a banner around my leg with fold up poles under my trousers to sneek in..

Hopefully one of those morton bay figs will be in view at AO in 2014 , getting a banner up there will last awhile.

Well yes, but we were only the position to trade for two first rounders because we did this illegal deal to begin with. That's like stealing some jewelry, getting caught, and then saying that you have already been penalised by not being allowed to sell them.

Had we not made this offer, Tippett would have been traded back in 2009 when his value was realistically closer to a single first rounder - and it's not as though this offer was taken away from us by the AFL. We gambled it away on this illegal deal.

That's with the assumption that we believed that we absolutely would be forced to trade him in 2012. If that was the case then why didn't we trade him last year when Brisbane made us a good offer? The Club, rightly or wrongly, believed that they could convince him to stay. So to use your analogy it more like deciding to rob a jewellery store, getting to the front door, deciding against it and then being charged with it. Yes it was planned for, but ultimately it didn't happen and i'd like to believe part of the reason for that was the club came to senses at the last minute and fessed up.
