So you were describing a Scottish man, lol.Fair cop, I apologise, I didn't think that one through.
I was commenting on a man in a skirt, rather that him being a woman, if that makes sense.
Sorry to offend

and whats wrong with scottish men??So you were describing a Scottish man, lol.
Maybe they are investigating WHEN Muppet chose to go to Sydney and WHAT EFFECT that had on his abysmal performance in the Preliminary Final against his "new" team?
In the last few pages I've seen a few comment about the timing of Sydney's approach, and then Tippett's performance in the QF against the Swans. You've gotta be having a laugh if you think a player would deliberately play bad in a final against a future side.Even if he knew he was going to them he would have wanted to win a flag with the Crows this year before going. No one, even if they are as selfish as Tippett, would deliberately play badly when so much is at stake. And furthermore, why would he play so well against the Hawks? So he could play the Swans in a GF and play like shit and let another team win a flag. I know we all want to jump up and down about him leaving, but give me a break about this crap.

Perhaps not a deliberate effort, but perhaps it was in the back of his selfish mind.
Old habits die hard
So you're saying his selfish mind thought it would be better to not win a premiership for himself?![]()
Premiership is a team award, not an individual award. If he wanted to win premierships he would have stayed with the Crows, Sydney's best players are all over 30.
So you're saying that he is so against winning a premiership that he would deliberately sabotage his team's attempt to win one?
We're getting to the tinfoil hat stage now.
Nothing at all friendand whats wrong with scottish men??

It is my 1987 swans membership badge. Took the photo on my iPhone. Rarely use a computer so it looks fine when I see it on the phone. May need to change it now. What IS your avatar, by the way? I guess it is the Sydney logo on something, but I always think it is a urinal whenever I see it.
His body language was borderline disgusting at times over the last two years too. Very petulant, especially after the SF.Not against, he just does not care, he only cares about the money and a shallow life style ala Patrick Bateman in American Psycho.
His performance was not of a play who was "sabotaging" his teams attempt to win a game, it was of a player who didn't care.
keep telling us we are not going to do well and we will shock everyone again no one gave us a chance this yearPremiership is a team award, not an individual award. If he wanted to win premierships he would have stayed with the Crows, Sydney's best players are all over 30.

I agree. I don't think he would deliberately play crap but it would have been playing on his mind.
And no doubt he was already spending a stack of cash in his head like I am right now (preempting my 100m lottery win).
"I wonder if this guy is going to be pissed when I'm earning double his wage on the same team next year? Oh well, these nobodies are going to need me. Now, should I buy the Bentley for me, a Mercedes for Blucher and a Penthouse in the CBD... OR a Mercedes for me, a card for Blucher, and a waterside mansion with a view of Sydney Harbour? Sh!t the ball is coming my way... ok don't get concussed, they won't pay as much if you do and you'll have to downgrade to a Kia... How am I going to get my surfboard on top of a Kia!?"
I doubt that he lay down thinking he didn't want to beat his future employer.
However, if I was staring at a million dollar contract and one head knock was enough to write it off, I'd be tempted to go easy too. Just sayin'.
And it's not that hard to picture Kurt doing that considering post-season he's been all about Kurt. Love-and-kisses text messages aside, he's behaved like a guy who wanted to win a premiership with his mates because it would help him negotiate a bigger contract.
