Andrew Ireland reckons Tippett will be on less at the swans than what he was here? Wtf?
In his first year yes, heavily back ended contract I believe, they're expecting a few players to retire over the next couple of years.

No.If Sydney play hard ball and only offer us pick 22 and Brisbane are prepared to pay Kurt close to his Sydney price. Would we take Brisbane's pick 23 and Callum Bartlett as I don't reckon Brisbane will give up pick 8.

RubbishWhat is the topic? Tippett has left, there's not much more to discuss.
The dominos are falling, it's very much relevant to what's going to happen in the Tippett situation.
The only way Brisbane will get in the frame is if pick 8 is involved.
Sydney want Tippett, pick 22 and a player will be their starting offer and it'll move on from that.
well then another club will definitely pick him up in the psd if he goes in it. he wont have priced himself out.
There's a few around..How about we come up with a new name for "the player who has asked to be traded to Sydney"? Honestly, I am sick of hearing his name, and I am sure the Crows are as well. It would be nice to hear some other club news for once.
I have used Boofhead a couple of times, but I am open to suggestions.
And if the contract is back-loaded, good luck with that, swans!
I remember how Kouta's back-loaded one turned out for Carlton; nearly sent them broke, and over the cap.
LOL Im on Android and yeah got the AFL app... stream not working.Yep. It works on iPhone 4. Get the AFL app. If you already have that, you need to upgrade it, no cost.
Edit. They are bloody irritating and you might be tempted to smash the phone. So there is a risk![]()

He'll frame his contract demands so that Gold Coast can afford him, and it'll be heavily front loaded.
prove this to be incorrect about being part of the Tippett trade deal.

Really?
Returns of 41.28, 16.6, 53.46, 51.27, 75.51 in the last few seasons say otherwise
AFL back Crows, head asplodes.
Is that like your head blowing out your bum?If Sydney play hard ball and only offer us pick 22 and Brisbane are prepared to pay Kurt close to his Sydney price. Would we take Brisbane's pick 23 and Callum Bartlett as I don't reckon Brisbane will give up pick 8.

75 was back in 2008, thats going back a bit.
57.34 in the last two seasons at just over 1.5 a game isnt anything spectacular and lower than his career average.
Even Tip$ averages are better than that and we all know how dodgy he has been in front of goals.
Do you think he is going to kick bags of 50+ a season for the next 3 years as a Crow?

Nah.. it's too widely mentioned in the media. Besides anyone with an ounce of intelligence knows that it's a load of bollocks and no longer applicable to the Tippett/Sydney situation.Mods, perhaps we can add to the list of red card offences: Stating "the agreement" as fact, or referring to media reporting "the agreement" and suggesting that it is in any way based in reality.
No, if he gets injured, they have to at least pay him out (or come to an agreement for similar). The Fev debacle was more recent, but I'm pretty sure Kouta missed a lot of games through injury, right when his contract was at its highest. What happens if say he gets seriously concussed next season and is told he cant play on. Will the swans be forced to keep him on the books like Fev at Brisbane? Or can they wipe the contract if its deemed an injury stopping him from playing at AFL level again?
Strong bromance between us and the Richmond board of late... I like it![]()
Now that would be funny if we say saying Brisbane is the better deal but Kuntley says he doesn't want to go 'home' because he's already decided to go 'home'.Kurt has to agree to the trade.
