tips for having a good team

His price will drop dramatically aswell - If your confident you could structure the team to get him say rd 7-11 for an average player you could be better off!

Also gives you a chance to see if he is fit!

Yeah i cat see too many teams having Brown straight up, Tredders is an interesting one, will be cheap and has a full pre-season hopefully. Darcy is another i will look at after a few rounds.

Why would you look at Darcy after a few rounds? He will be bottom price.

Simply because i dont want to have to trade him straight away if he is only playing parts of games or gets injured again. I would want to see some ok performances before i get a injury riddled player like him.

Fair enough but after a few rounds of watching him play you can watch his price sky rocket.

My tips are

Have about 12-16 top line players in your team from day 1. Guys who bar injury will play 22 games every year.

Refine that group with players who get disposals, marks ect. Not negating players ie Scarlett and Rutten who might be AA players, they dont get you points. Players like Heath Scotland do.

Start with at least 6-8 first year players you think will play at a minimum of 6 games. These players can be second year players (around 80k) if they are about to come good.

Take the risk with the kids, someone like Bryce Gibbs is a certainty to play footy next year. Also look at which club drafted them, Gibbs at West Coast wouldnt get as much game time as the pitiful rabble he has joined.

Guys coming back from long term injury like Josh Fraser and Motlop last year are always essential pickups.

Lastly take a punt on at least 3 players you think will step up for their club and dominate. Some (not me :() punted on jobe watson and won the lottery. Chapman was undervalued last year and ended up being one of my best..

Ive pretty much given away most of my technique lol, dont think ill win it so might aswell help some others out.

Forgot to add skywalk that you pretty much stay as far away as possible from any Geelong players (besides chapman) because they are the most inconsistent, over-hyped players going around.

Will dominate one week then struggle for the next few!

Enright was pretty consistant for me last year.
