My Yr 10s get 16 games but I have to tell them that if you're a complete ****wit like Gaff or Greene it's fine.

I'd say it's because AFL players are under much more scrutiny on the field; it would take a fair bit to get de-registered in ammo leagues compared to matches that are televised.
