Good interview. He is surprisingly well-spoken and gives you an insight into what drives him. Glad he is still involved at the club, we need people like him to help develop our kids.

Note that he says there is still a lot of work to do, but we have a plan and we need to stick to it. Gotta keep that in mind this year I reckon; there will be lots of ups and downs, but hopefully the overall trend is up.

Its uncanny how much he looks like Jack when he was younger as well

I gotta be honest, I was a little disappointed. Not with Todd but Mike.

Todd was a gun player, dual bnf winner, captain, SOO rep. Was a key player during our early 90's awesomeness. Was there during the Hawks merger talks etc. And all Mike asks about his playing days were his first season and being bitten by Chris Lewis.

What questions would you ask? I agree a question about the merger would have been good, but what else?

Just more focus on his playing career in general. I feel because Mike is a Melbourne supporter and already knows Todd on field, he kinda glossed over it a bit.

I know what you mean , I wouldn't say he has been significant off field like say Lou Richards so you could concentrate on that , to be honest I'm not sure why they interviewed him if they weren't gonna talk about his on field
