Overall 7+ is major success in my view. With an ad remover on and not selecting the 7 and 7 Mate channels, you can also avoid most ads and excessive Australian coverage. Also works easily enough on my phone.

Mute is on by default, you just have to remember to toggle it every time you load a channel. Easy stuff.

Also many channels have no commentary, but I noticed all the finals/medal matches etc get commentators.
