I mean there are world championships, professionals who skate for a living, its participated in more countries than many other "sports", it requires skill, fitness, courage, determination.
What marker is it missing to be considered a real sport?
More most professionals don't enter competitions, it's more gatekeeping... I don't want it to become to professionalism like other sports
