In the hockey shootout, what happens if the goalie gives away a free hit in the D? E.g. if the Dutch referral on the first penalty had been successful, what would have happened? A retake?

I thought I heard Georgie Parker say it would be a penalty strike. Not sure though.

These Olympics have been thoroughly enjoyable so far and a welcome distraction from the clusterfu** that is covid.

I've thoroughly enjoyed them, started with the great news about Brisbane 2032 and has just gone from strength to strength.
