Can someone (probably manureid) explain how the efficiency stat is calculated?

Take Gabi for instance - 6/16 doesn't equal 31.25%

A few different metrics in efficiency. If pure attack efficiency, then this:

Att% = Attack Percentage By Athlete ((Kills By Athlete - Attack Errors By Athlete) / Attacks By Athlete)

Have not calculated that to see if it is the above though

Might be that, but the Olympic website doesn't list an "Attack Errors" stat to check

Real shame, feel like it's a sport we could be good at. I loved playing it as a teenager... Lets start a team, I wouldn't mind a trip to Paris.

The Australian men just missed out on qualifying, Olympics is the hardest tournament to qualify for. Only 12 teams and there are always an African and Central American team who are there for representation and not traditionally strong teams (see Tunisia and Venezuela), so really only ten spots, and quite often with the host nation, 9.

They also play in the Volleyball Nations League, which is effectively the top 16 teams in the world. The team is in a bit of a changing of the guard phase at the moment so it might be your chance to get a gig!
