Now that I think about it - almost exactly 12 months ago I went to the West Coast V Adelaide game in Adelaide and we got our shit handed to us. Barrass dropped his head and I posted about how ugly it was.

Fast forward 12 months and he's best on in a win. Funny how young players improve.

It does but Barrass has been playing with a lot more confidence this year compared to last year. Also he has but a lot of size and he has been a lot better in 1v1 situations.

He learned a lot that game. An absolute shit ton. Not least the understanding that you can't always zone off and fly for the ball but sometimes you need to defend

His judgement of when to go and when to defend has been much better this year. Tonight it was close to perfect

We all remember the Adelaide game last year and I'm not painting over it but wasn't Barrass pretty much on his own KPD wise? I think that game we were without Schofield and Jez and I'm too lazy to check facts that back up things that I say.

gov played. Im not blaming barrass. He had to play on 2 of the most potent KPF's by him self in his second game. His form against adelaide so far havent been great. At subi he was average and today he was close to bog.

Very true - but there were a couple of times Barrass was caught with the ball going over his head and he pushed back hard and got the spoil in whilst out of position.

Whoever our recruiter is for talls needs a payrise. To think we might even lob Lobb.
